My favorite thing to cook is anything I've never made before. I love trying new ingredients, flavors and cuisines. I cook to show people I care, and I want all my friends and clients, both old and new, to feel that. My favorite protein is pork. I love good wine and bad beer. I will order octopus on any menu, anytime. My favorite cooking season is fall. My favorite eating season is soft-shell crab. I could eat sushi for every meal. I feel unmoored if I don't have garlic in the pantry, wine in the rack, cheese in the fridge and chocolate in the freezer. I am Servsafe Certified and comfortable working within the constructs of any food allergies and dietary restrictions. |
